All your Cloud backed up data is stored in Amazon S3 Secure Storage with unlimited retention

Is our data secure?

Yes, all stored backup is encrypted using advance AES-256 encryption algorithms and all data transmitted between your services and ours is encrypted and secured using SSL (HTTPS) enabled servers

Where is your support based?

All our support is based in the UK, in an office just outside London.

How do I contact you?

Is SDS Secure?

Yes, we are proud to be ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 accredited. ISO 9001 is an international standard that shows we have quality management systems in place to consistently provide products and customer service of the highest quality. What can I backup using SAFE C2C?

You can backup your Microsoft Suite as a bundle, or just the products you use. It also backs up Google Workspace, Google Drive, SalesForce, Box and Dropbox.

How selective can I be on my backups?

You can select individual items, or everything inside the product.

Do you have any Education Specific accreditations?

Yes, our backup services are accredited for SIMS in line with the guidance set out for the backup and restore of the SIMS and FMS databases. We are also a member of the British Educational Suppliers Association (BESA).
